Application data

Hotel Management stores hotel operational information such as menu items, inventory, tables, orders and related settings to provide its features.

Google Drive backup

If an administrator enables Google Drive backup, the application uses the selected Google account to create, retrieve and manage application backup data in Google Drive's application-data area.

Google data

Google account access is used only for authentication and backup operations. Google Drive data is not used for advertising, profiling or sale to third parties.

Security

Backup data is encrypted by the application before upload. Authentication tokens are handled using secure operating-system storage where supported.

Sharing

Hotel data is not sold. Data is shared with Google only when the administrator enables the Google Drive backup feature.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains on the hotel computer until removed by the administrator. Cloud backups remain in the connected Google account until removed using the applicable application or Google account controls.
